Morelli Management Team Meet in Wales

The Morelli Group management team descended on the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales in September for their annual management conference. This annual meeting had been cancelled more than once and in 2020 was held online as a virtual conference but, with the relaxing of restrictions, and the fact that all the team have been vaccinated, the 2021 meeting was able to go ahead.

Over 30 of the management team attended the two-day meeting which was titled Revival and Sustainability as the company transitions back from the rigours of what 2020 threw at all of us in our business and personal lives. There were guest sessions from David Reece, School of Thought, and Steve Silverwood from ECA Energy speaking about the company's drive for Carbon Neutrality which has now been achieved.

“We have kept communication channels open with all our staff remotely during 2020/21 so we were delighted to at last get together in the same room and spend time together. Everybody went away with a positive message that the company are in a strong position going into their 65^th years trading.”
