Course Details
Day 1 - Introduction • Health & Safety • Colour ID and mixing.
Day 2 - Preparation of panels for priming • Gun set up • Primer application • Preparation of panels for basecoat and clearcoat • Preparation of bumpers for repairs.
Day 3 - Application techniques of the basecoat • Application techniques of the clearcoat • Curing drying of the clearcoat • Flat and polishing of painted panels • Scratch panels for repairing • Prepare panels for fade out repairs.
Day 4 - Complete fade out repairs on panels • Curing of panels • Complete bumper repairs • Curing of bumpers • Flat and polish panels and bumpers.
Day 5 • Flat and polish panels and bumpers • Carry out repairs of own choice • Re-cap of week's course.
