Our Castle Bromwich branch is currently run by Melissa O'Brien and serves Worcestershire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Shropshire, and Staffordshire.
Joining Bancrofts in 1994, Melissa started her career as Purchase Ledger manager. She later joined the branch doing credit control and soon realised she enjoyed dealing with customers and all aspects of the day to day running of a branch.
When an opportunity arose for a Branch Manager role, Melissa didn’t hesitate to apply, knowing that she could enhance the experience for both staff and customers.
