OEM Match – Made Easy
The 3M OEM Match family of seam sealing products is designed to help techicans more easily to replicate the look and function of a vehicle’s original factory seam seal.
This system from 3M includes their line of seam sealer matching tips and the 1K OEM Match Seam Sealer in different colors – allowing you to replicate the most common OEM seams with one simple application.

3M OEM Match Wing Nozzle 1K Tip
This wing tip helps technicians quickly replicate OEM seams on door skins and hem flanges. Tip and wing size can be trimmed to adjust the size and position of the seam sealer. Compatible for use with 3M Multi-Purpose Seam Sealer and 3M Polyurethane Seam Sealer.
3M OEM Match Ripple 1K Tip
The ripple tip helps technicians quickly replicate OEM seam sealer textures including robot-applied rippled beads. Width, texture and height can be controlled by angling nozzle and adjusting air pressure during application. Compatible for use with 3M Multi-Purpose Seam Sealer and 3M Polyurethane Seam Sealer.
3M OEM Match Wide Stream 1K Tip
Wide stream helps technicians quickly match OEM seams for smooth or wide applications. Tip can be trimmed to the required size to match the look of factory-applied materials. Compatible for use with 3M Multi-Purpose Seam Sealer and 3M Polyurethane Seam Sealer.
3M OEM Match Sprayable 1K Tip
Spray multiple patterns to help match OEM seams with simple applicator adjustments. The OEM Match Air Supply Kit, paired with the OEM Match Sprayable Tip, allows technicians to convert pneumatic applicators to spray 1K seam sealer products. Compatible for use with 3M Multi-Purpose Seam Sealer.
3M OEM Match Sprayable Air Supply Kit
Designed to help technicians replicate some robotically-applied sprayable seam sealers from the factory. Typical areas these beads can be found will include, but are not limited to, trunk floors, rear body panels, rear frame rails, floor pans, quarter panels, rocker panels, strut towers, front frame rails and more. To be used with a 3M OEM Match Sprayable 1K Tip and 3M Multi-Purpose Seam Sealer.
