We’re proud to announce that we have partnered with Ben Automotive Industry Charity to give our staff access to free and confidential mental health services.

In our industry, challenges are constant, and our staff work so hard to keep us at the top of the game. We know that life doesn’t slow down when the workday ends so we have partnered with Ben to support the wellbeing of our team, both at work and in life.

This partnership gives our staff the proactive support and tools they need to live and work well. This includes access to wellness aids such as 24/7 counselling, a health and wellbeing app, and advice and support on finances, housing, benefits, disability, and diagnosed conditions.

What Ben Offers

🧠 Health and wellbeing support

Access to free and confidential helpline services, as well as useful health and wellbeing tips, workouts and mindfulness tools via the Ben app and online portal.

💬 24/7 free and confidential emotional support

Round-the-clock emotional support for staff and their family via a dedicated helpline. Helps staff to stay on track when they're struggling with things like stress, anxiety, or depression.

🛟 Free counselling sessions

Where counselling is deemed appropriate, staff can get up to eight free counselling sessions with a trained counsellor or therapist. They understand the issues that impact the automotive world, as well as the pressures of today’s day-to-day living.

🎢 Support with life’s challenges

Direct access to the Ben helpline, where staff can access information, advice, support, and assistance for things such as finances, housing, benefits, disability, and diagnosed conditions.

🪜 Free coaching and development

Free coaching available, helping staff to achieve their personal and professional goals.
