My order isn't here yet, what should I do?
A delayed product can be annoying but here's what we suggest. First, track your parcel using our couriers website. If, for some reason, you have no tracking information, then contact our customer services team at email@example.com or call us on 0333 222 9943 and we will try to sort your order as quick as we can.
What do I do if I've got my order and there is a product missing?
Get in touch with is at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0333 222 9943 and we'll see if it was accidentally missed off of your order.
One of the products I've ordered is faulty, how do I solve this?
We would be more than happy to sort this problem for you. Look on our returns page for more info or send a message to email@example.com and we will do our best to find out what has happened and how we can resolve the issue.
My country isn't listed on your delivery page; will I ever be able to order from you?
Morelli do want to eventually delivery worldwide but need to make sure that it's at a fair price. In the meantime, contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll arrange a quote for you.
What shall I do if I'm a VAT registered company outside of the UK and therefore exempt from UK tax?
Get in touch with us and we can set you up with a VAT exempt account.
